Etsu gin (0,7 l, 43%) - Japanese premium gin

The ETSU GIN was the first gin made in Japan widespread in the intertnational commerce. The usual gin distilled from juniper berries is a little bit different than the European variant.

The ingredients are hints of juniper berries, bitter orange, Japanese lemon, coriander, sweet roots, yuzu and sansho.
